该专业旨在深入探讨与中国比较法、国际经济法、普通法、海商法、知识产权及技术法、公司法及商法有关的问题和实务。学生也可以选择一门普通的课程。将为具有法律背景的学员提供机会，以提高其专业能力、专业知识和职业重点。
该专业有7个分支：中国法与比较法；国际经济法；普通法；海事法与运输法；通用法；知识产权与科技法；公司与商法
全日制，学制1年。法学专业背景者申请，如果是海外学生，需要有二等荣誉学位。优先工作经验者。雅思6.5-7分，有面试
